Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction algorithms for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate on cryogenic qubit stabilization research at 15mK temperatures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for 2026 applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum security protocols
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum architectures
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (2020-2025 graduates preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubit platforms
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization libraries
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
