Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum algorithms tailored for complex machine learning models.
- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists in a fast-paced R&D environment.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to optimize quantum processors for AI workloads and reduce error rates.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating quantum supremacy into commercial AI applications.
- Publish peer-reviewed research and file patents for novel quantum computing methodologies.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and benchmarking of quantum systems against classical AI counterparts.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development and 5+ years of specialized experience in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, Pennylane).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems theory.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact research projects or technical architecture in a senior role.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, Google Quantum AI, AWS Braket).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
