Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Lead research initiatives in error correction and quantum supremacy
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum algorithm development or error correction
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum computing hardware
