- Develop innovation roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership reports on future-proofing strategies
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Advise on organizational resilience and adaptive frameworks
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategy implementations
