Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years post-doc experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
