Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for practical 2026-era applications in cryptography and AI

- Develop error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NASA quantum computing grants
- Mentor postdocs in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (arXiv:quant-ph)
- Proficiency in tensor network simulations for quantum circuit optimization
