Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography applications
- Lead error mitigation protocols for qubit coherence exceeding 99.9%
- Collaborate with hardware teams to calibrate next-gen quantum processors
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Develop patent-pending quantum machine learning models
- Present findings at international quantum conferences (Q2C, IEEE QCE)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control
- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity theory
- Validated track record of translating theoretical models to experimental results
