Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography, simulation, and machine learning
- Develop error correction protocols and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into scalable quantum systems
- Lead research initiatives and publish findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Quantum Information Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in top quantum computing conferences/journals
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics preferred
