- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead cross-functional teams to pilot high-risk, high-reward experiments that push the boundaries of current engineering capabilities.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural frameworks that ensure scalability, security, and ethical compliance for future tech implementations.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex future-tech concepts into compelling business value for investors, board members, and product teams.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with leading academic institutions and tech incubators to secure early access to breakthrough technologies.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in software engineering, AI strategy, or emerging tech product development.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and the principles of early-stage Quantum computing.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and drive organizational change in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
