Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead fault-tolerant quantum computing research using topological qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at global conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming experience (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)

- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
