Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms and protocols for real-world applications
- Design and optimize quantum circuits for NISQ and fault-tolerant systems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum algorithms on prototype hardware
- Author high-impact research publications and patent disclosures
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing education
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum system architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complexity theory
- Published research in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks and hardware interfaces
