Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible AI development
- Published research on AI existential risks or value alignment
- Expertise in global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Track record of influencing AI policy at multinational organizations
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology horizon forecasting
