Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges

- Secure $1M+ in research grants through NSF/DoD proposals
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 3+ high-impact papers annually
- Contribute to quantum security standards for 2026 infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years hands-on quantum computing research with published papers
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware (superconducting/ion trap)
