Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization with agile methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts affecting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation management or strategic planning with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Research (desirable)
