Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum algorithms and error correction protocols
- Design and implement quantum circuits using advanced frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (QASM, OpenQASM) and simulators
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
