We are looking for a visionary AI Architect (2026 Edition) to lead the design and implementation of our core neural infrastructure. In this role, you will not just build models; you will architect the very fabric of how machines learn, reason, and interact in the coming decade.
You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap that bridges current capabilities with future-proof architectures, ensuring our solutions remain at the bleeding edge of efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation transformer models and generative AI frameworks.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through aggressive engineering and quantization techniques.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate the 2026 vision into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and reliability across distributed systems.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration technologies.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and Generative AI applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on ethical AI and bias mitigation.
