Role Overview
As the Future Tech Strategy Lead, you will bridge the gap between high-level vision and technical execution. You will identify emerging technologies, assess their viability for our 2026 roadmap, and champion their integration across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the technical vision for Nexus Future Labs leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Tech Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Edge Computing) to determine their impact on product development.
- Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Prototyping: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Process Optimization: Drive the adoption of next-gen development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
