Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications

- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations and error correction protocols
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for near-term quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming experience with Qiskit or Cirq
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Demonstrated ability to translate abstract quantum concepts into practical implementations
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
