Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive AI roadmap aligned with the company's 2026 strategic objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers.
- Identify emerging AI trends and evaluate their potential impact and applicability to our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
- Establish robust frameworks for ethical AI deployment, ensuring compliance, security, and fairness.
- Oversee the AI R&D budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI on strategic initiatives.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the board of directors, highlighting milestones, KPIs, and market positioning.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI products from conceptualization to commercial deployment.
- Deep technical understanding of modern machine learning architectures, LLMs, and generative AI ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
