Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in quantum error correction or variational algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum hardware integration (Rigetti, IBM Q Experience)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems theory
