Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ-era hardware
- Develop cryptographic protocols resistant to quantum attacks
- Collaborate with research institutions to publish breakthrough papers in quantum information theory
- Optimize quantum circuit performance using advanced compilation techniques
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical specifications
- Drive adoption of quantum computing in Fortune 500 partner ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction protocols
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum computing platforms
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects with multi-million dollar budgets
