Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing hardware (IBM/Qiskit, Rigetti)
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (impact factor >10)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of securing federal research funding
- Strong background in quantum machine learning frameworks
