Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen quantum algorithms for cryptography and simulation
- Lead 15+ person research teams in experimental quantum computing
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum error correction protocols
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Develop patentable quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Publish in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum Journal
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (post-doc preferred)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with IBM/Google/D-Wave
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed quantum publications
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Active Q Clearance or equivalent security clearance
