Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum hardware-software integration roadmaps targeting 2026 commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NASA grants for quantum supremacy initiatives
- Partner with Fortune 100 clients to deploy quantum-optimized logistics solutions
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals annually
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent novel quantum entanglement methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry R&D experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE QCE)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks with 100+ quantum circuits deployed
- Proven track record of securing government/military quantum research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and NISQ-era algorithms
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
