Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant network architectures and hybrid classical-quantum computing frameworks
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployment
- Lead implementation of quantum-secure communication protocols across global infrastructure
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows for AI/ML acceleration
- Establish quantum computing security standards compliant with NIST 2.0 frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit architectures
- Proven experience with quantum circuit optimization and compiler design
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning algorithms and quantum neural networks
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD, PQC)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
