- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Drive patent development in quantum algorithm optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 10+ years experience considered)
- 5+ years designing quantum hardware or error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and fault-tolerance protocols
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
