Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop quantum algorithms targeting optimization, simulation, and cryptography
- Lead error-correction framework development for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate on quantum-hybrid computing solutions with classical systems
- Research emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
