Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography, AI, and molecular simulation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor performance
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era threats
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction techniques
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction methodologies
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum systems
- Strong project management skills for complex R&D initiatives
- Certification in quantum security frameworks preferred
