Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define the long-term technical strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Architect Neural Solutions: Design and deploy complex machine learning models that drive core product capabilities.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance and responsible innovation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate futuristic concepts into executable development plans.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine algorithms to improve efficiency, accuracy, and latency in high-volume environments.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
