Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and error mitigation
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration protocols for enterprise solutions
- Drive innovation in quantum-resistant cryptography and security protocols
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy breakthroughs
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical roadmaps
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum hardware-software co-design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
