Responsibilities
- Define the long-term architectural vision for the 2026 roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement high-scale distributed systems capable of handling future growth.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous technical risk assessments for upcoming innovations and legacy system migrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for coding, documentation, and system deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of future-forward technologies, including AI integration, edge computing, and quantum computing basics.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
