Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubit systems
- Lead the development of quantum error correction protocols for 2026-era hardware
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Develop quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum advantage implementation in enterprise environments
- Present research findings at international quantum computing symposiums
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster cross-functional innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum architecture design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and photonic quantum processors
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
