Responsibilities

- Create hybrid quantum-AI frameworks for industrial optimization
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography and materials science
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite and industry partners
- Drive quantum security standards for 2026 deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research or development
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization

- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
