Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to next-gen cryptographic threats
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware innovations into hybrid computing frameworks
- Develop quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Create quantum software development frameworks accessible to classical developers
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant circuit design
- Proven track record developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience with quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems
