Responsibilities

- Implement quantum error correction codes achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Create quantum software development kits (SDKs) for industry partners
- Lead quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum machine learning algorithms
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing, variational algorithms, and NISQ devices
