Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead development of quantum error correction protocols achieving fault tolerance
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities
- Create quantum algorithms targeting real-world optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for practical deployment
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms and mitigation strategies
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulators
