Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Design error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Develop quantum security protocols for post-quantum encryption standards
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
