Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit fidelity for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Drive quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum materials and cryogenic engineering
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical quantum models into practical implementations
