Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives focused on error correction in high-dimensional tensor spaces and quantum states.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum sensors with deep learning models.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product line, ensuring compatibility with emerging quantum hardware standards.
- Mentote and grow a world-class team of quantum physicists, data scientists, and machine learning engineers.
- Establish protocols for ethical AI safety and quantum transparency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masters in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE) and their application to neural networks.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with a focus on high-performance, distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, undefined problem spaces.
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications of emerging technologies and AI safety protocols.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum simulators (e.g., AWS Braket, Google Cirq).
