Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware design
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and low-temperature engineering
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D projects to commercialization
