Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for quantum-entangled neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop AI systems capable of autonomous scientific discovery
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize algorithms for next-gen processors
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production-level AI solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent portfolios
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of experience developing production-level AI systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Published research in quantum machine learning or AGI alignment
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Proven ability to lead technical projects with measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills for complex technical storytelling
