Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system implementation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic control systems and quantum interconnects
- Drive quantum security protocols resistant to 2030-era cryptographic threats
- Author whitepapers and technical standards for quantum computing industry advancement
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and topological qubit design
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and optimization frameworks
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Security clearance for classified government quantum projects (preferred)
