Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols and quantum-resistant encryption frameworks
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Collaborate with industry partners to prototype quantum applications in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Present research findings at international quantum computing symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
