Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology interfaces
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic technology briefings to Fortune 500 CTOs and innovation boards
- Mentor junior engineers in ethical AI development and responsible innovation practices
- Secure patents for proprietary systems in autonomous decision-making frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying production systems in at least two emerging tech domains
- Expertise in federated learning, quantum algorithms, and neural-symbolic AI
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech
