Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-correction systems for industrial-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Research and implement quantum machine learning models for data optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum simulation tools for materials science and molecular modeling
- Create technical documentation and patent novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 10+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC systems
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, topological)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated track record of publishing in quantum computing journals or conferences
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
