Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, IoT, and Blockchain.
- Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on business operations.
- Partner with C-Suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals and ROI projections.
- Oversee the pilot programs for experimental technologies, managing risk and ensuring scalability.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop and mentor a team of futurists and technology strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a related executive role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in the context of 2026 and beyond.
