Responsibilities

- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions for real-world deployment
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum technology symposiums
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-quantum integration
- Certification in quantum security protocols from recognized institutions
- Experience securing venture capital for quantum technology projects
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
