Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateForward in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure R&D funding for breakthrough initiatives
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and technology validation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two successful tech products/services
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI) preferred
