Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 99.999% uptime guarantees
- Lead R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization and error correction
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for financial modeling and drug discovery
- Establish quantum security protocols for blockchain 3.0 infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubit systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development environments
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration and calibration
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerance roadmaps
- Certification in quantum security architecture (e.g., QSA+)
