Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 product roadmaps and technological adoption curves
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation systems
- Analyze market trends and technological disruptions to inform product development
- Mentor junior engineers on future-proof coding practices and architectural principles
- Present technical visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of shipping complex systems at scale
- Strong background in system architecture and distributed computing
- Experience with strategic technology roadmapping and forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in futuristic technologies preferred
